Richard Lennox, President, CEO Richard has been in the insurance restoration business for over 30 years. He started from ground up to become an industry leader in Fire and Flood Damage Restoration, Mold Remediation, Vandalism and Crime Scene Clean Up. Rich attends conferences and seminars all over the country so he may better serve his company and his clients with up to date information and state of the art tools and techniques.

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Rich has a fondness for his community and most of all its youth. He devotes much of his spare time to coaching youth sports. Rich also generously contributes to the local community.

Steven R. Jenney, Operations Manager. Steve comes to Disaster Specialists with a long history in the restoration field as well as spending the past couple years as an independent insurance adjuster. Steve oversees the Estimation and Production Departments of Disaster as well as being a major contributor to our daily operations. Steve's experience in the field is unsurpassed and we are sure that everyone who works with him will be pleased by his expertise and hands on approach.

Travis MacMillian, Director of Marketing. Having been in the insurance industry for over 20 years, with a diverse background in underwriting, marketing operations and claim, Travis was a natural fit for the team. He learned insurance from the ground-up starting in the file room at the old Commercial Union, working his way up through underwriting, marketing operations and claim. He has spent his whole insurance career providing solutions for the independent agent network and knows these channels well. He has strong relationships with insurance companies that will help when our customers are faced with a covered disaster. Travis is a student of business and an expert in sales, marketing and communication which will be utilized as the company looks forward.

Holly Dosick, Marketing Representative With 5 years in Home & Auto Claims with an insurance agency and 13 years marketing experience Holly's knowledge of the restoration industry is second to none and her happy demeanor is sure to bring a smile to everyone's face. Residing on the South Shore Holly likes to contribute to Conservation and Beach Access Projects and has been involved in many fund raising projects such as Breast Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, College Fund Raisers and Veterans Affairs.

Josh Cohen, Estimator/Project Manager With a long history in the restoration field and a MA Construction Supervisors License, Josh brings to Disaster Specialists much knowledge and experience in the restoration field. Our clients appreciate Josh's compassionate nature and attention to detail. Residing on Cape Cod Josh enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and family.

Joe Marmai, Estimator/Project Manager Joe has been in the commercial and residential construction field for more than 15 years. His experience ranges from hands on frame to finish through custom finish work on to complex construction management. A licensed construction supervisor with concentration on high end residential property restoration Joe understands a customers unique needs at difficult and stressful times, providing a level of service our customers deserve. In addition to his focus on construction and family, Joe is an active member of the Kingston Youth Sports Programs acting as coach for 5-7 year old soccer, baseball and softball. In his spare time Joe enjoys playing golf and basketball.

Steve Tessier, Estimator/Project Manager Steve started his career as a designer/project manager for Motorola handling build outs around the country. He transitioned his facilities background and commercial build out experience to the restoration industry eleven years ago where he realized great satisfaction in the ability to help people in need. Steve is a Licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor and also holds a MA Hoisting License. Steve can handle all of your restoration needs no matter how large or small.

Mark Kuznarowis, Drying Monitor, Warehouse Manager We like to say that Mark can see things that others can not. He holds a ITC Certification in Thermology and is  IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration. Mark employs the use of an infrared camera to ensure water damaged homes are drying properly and there is no hidden damage or unseen water leakage. Mark also makes sure all our equipment and vehicles are in tip top shape and keeps our warehouse neat, clean and fully stocked so our crews can get out in a hurry.

Sheree Lancaster, Operations Support. Sheree wears many hats for the company, she brings to Disaster Specialists nearly 9 years in the restoration industry and has enjoyed her experience working with insurance adjusters and homeowners during this time. Sheree joined Disaster Specialists in the spring of 2009. Prior to Sheree joining the Disaster "Family" she has worked in the construction industry coordinating the building of condominiums from frame to finish and worked in home improvement project sales for a period of time. IICRC Certified in Water Damage Restoration, and IOT Certified in Mold Remediation Sheree offers years of experience in coordinating projects of all calibers either on her own or under the direction of her superiors.
