Sales Estimator - Takes customer calls from the initial call, through the estimation and negotiation phases through production to billing and collections. A Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License and at least 5 years of construction and/or remodeling background is required for this position.
Marketing Representative - Markets to a specific group of clients, maintaining a call list and making both cold calls and maintenance calls. Prior experience with the specific market group is required. (Insurance Agents, Real Estate Agents, Plumbers, Insurance Adjusters, Municipalities, etc.)
Carpenter - Skilled tradesperson that can produce frame to finish carpentry, some roofing and sidewall experience required as well. Carpenters must provide own tools.
Painter - Must be able to professionally paint interior and exterior of any dwelling to the specifications of written estimate. At least 3 years of trade experience is required for this position, and must have some drywall/plaster repair skills.
Emergency Technician Crew Chief - Oversees emergency response to any peril, including fire, flood, soot, animal damage, vehicle impact, crime scene and trauma, neglected home cleaning, etc. Prior experience in a fire and flood setting is required.
Entry Level Laborer - Assists on fire, water, soot and other emergency type work, as well as acts as a painter or carpenter's helper. If you like doing different things every day, this is a great job for you. This position has no pre-requisites, tool requirements or past experience requirements, but acts as an introduction to Fire & Flood Restoration, and can easily lead to promotion to other positions within the company.
