We are able to respond rapidly and cover communities from Worcester to Provincetown due to our 2 strategically positioned locations in Sandwich, MA and Hopedale, MA. Our equipment is fully state-of-the-art in order to professionally handle all kinds of jobs in the very best way possible for the property owner. We are always looking for new equipment and approaches to serve our clients.

Two Hour Response Time. We guarantee a  2-hour response time no matter when you call: in the middle of the night or Christmas morning. If we are unable to respond to an accepted project we will deduct $250 from our service bill. No questions asked.

More than 20  professionally-equipped vehicles. This means we have a truck close by and are able to get to our customer's location fast. We have butler trucks, a board- up truck, demolition trucks, and specially- equipped mold trucks. We have a pack- out vehicle and dumpsters, all in-addition to our standard pick-up trucks all equipped with Global Positioning Systems to better respond to our customers needs.

A 7,500 square foot warehouse and  two separate office spaces. We can dry and clean your area rugs; and can store your belongings in a controlled, alarmed environment. We can ozone  treat belongings under our control. We can receive materials for the project and store them at our facility which decreases damage and shrinkage. We have trailer storage and warehouse storage. We also have a reliable moving and storage partner.

Trained Estimators. Computerized estimates are completed in hours, not days. We are preferred vendors for most major insurance carriers; and we never forget that we are working for you, helping you to deal with  the insurance company or adjuster. Our estimators cover only a few towns each so they are close to your neighborhood daily, and are easily accessible and readily available.

Trained Crews. Others may say that they have trained uniformed personnel; but we invite you to check out our credentials. Every project chief in the restoration department has had substantial industry-specific  training. We at Disaster Specialists are committed to providing the very best personnel available.

Equipment. We can dry most properties in 3 to 4 days. We have portable dehumidifiers, desiccant dehumidifiers, blowers, and skid mounted dehumidifiers. We have ozone generators and a thermo gen set for deodorization. We can perform conventional sandblasting, baking soda sandblasting, and  dry ice sandblasting.
