Clean up ProcessWhat We Do: The Step Process
Almost all fires and floods start with an emergency response that stabilizes the situation. Spreading, or progression of the damage comes to an end. This is followed by detailed cleanup, drying and/or demolition to further define what needs to be repaired. Then the actual repair and restoration is undertaken.
The emergency response phase of the project includes water removal, board up the home, drying and dehumidification, and winterization, if necessary.
The next phase is clean-up services - soot removal from fire damage, oil furnace malfunction, vandalism clean up, crime scene clean up and deodorization. We will dry clean the furniture, drapes, and other contents of your home. The contents will be stored in a safe, environmentally controlled environment. Electronics will be serviced. The contents (recovered and unrecovered) will be carefully inventoried and transported to a safe storage facility.
Next the repair services will begin. Fully licensed construction supervisors, home repair contractors will repair the home, including roof replacement, sidewall repair, and any other major, or cosmetic work that is needed. |

Finally, all of this work will come together and your home will be restored. We will restore what has been recovered, and replace what could not be recovered. This will be done on a schedule and with a budget we have presented to you and you have approved.
